Sai Meru Agro Tourism Centre is located in Asgoli on the southern side of the popular Guhagar beach. Asgoli is a small fishing hamlet with a long stretch of pristne secluded white sand beach.
Valukeshwar Devstan temple is the major landmark in Asgoli and along with the beach forms the primary attraction of Asgoli. Valukeshwar Devsthan is a very old temple and is believed to be from the times of 'puranas'. There is a pillar in the temple with an inscription of the name of Lokmanya Tilak.
Guhagar is slowly emerging as one of the most popular beaches in the konkan stretch. Guhagar is amongst the first beaches towards the south to have a true white sand beach making it the nearest white sand beach from Mumbai and Pune.
Guhagar is truely a temple town with scores of temples strewn across the small village dedicated to Shiva and Durga devi. Ruins of Gopalgad fort is another attraction about 7 Kms from Guhagar. The Anjanvel lighthouse near the Gopalgad fort offers majestic views of the vast ocean from atop the small lighthouse.
Velneshwar is another secluded beach with a famous shiva temple about 25 Kms from Guhagar. Hedvi with the 'Dashabhuja Ganpati' temple is 5 Kms ahead of Velneshwar. Hedvi is also famous for the 'Bahman Ghal'
